      Pros

      it is a good company, with strong growth and has a well established name so customers are well established. I didn't work there for a long time so i cant comment on benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible commission, most but not all people at my location were not friendly. the manager is a monster with no people skills. its amazing that she has such a high sales volume. When I was in my training I met my goals for sales and credit card applicants, but the week before i quit she raised my sales goal 1,000 dollars at the end of the week! hence the reason i quit, she was not cool at all.

      Pros

      Excellent matching 401K, stock options and discounts. Many advancement opportunities if desired. Many locations to choose from. Always meeting new people.

      Cons

      Not knowing schedule more than a week at a time, credit driven not customer satisfaction driven, manager is also commission based so there is alot of competition on the store level for customer. The sales goals for part time employees are figured higher than full time employees. Retention of new hires is very low. Pay increases are only given if standards are 6 for 6, no matter how dedicated and strong seller the sales rep is.
