Thank you for taking the time to comment. We are certainly very glad that you feel that many of the people you work with are terrific. We are very lucky to have incredible people at the firm. It seems like some of the concerns you mention are related to your former firm being acquired. The integration process can understandably create questions and procedural changes that may create a degree of uncertainty. That said, we work very hard to gather feedback from those who are new to the firm and work to consider and implement positive changes, where appropriate. We would recommend reaching out to your HR Business Partner to discuss your concerns, as one of their primary responsibilities is to help employees navigate these kinds of issues.
