While longer hours may be required from time to time depending on client projects and the busy season, we try to ensure that our staff resourcing is balanced and fair so team members can continue to take advantage of much-deserved time off.       Great manager, lots of opportunities to learn new skills, ability to make small changes in processes, can take time off relatively easily

      Cons

      Company’s ability to vet technical expertise, managers set bad examples for work/life balance, good ol’ boy relationships with some clients and leadership, no discernible personal influence over small bonuses, middle management can be unskilled and untrustworthy

      Was good until ....

      Pros

      Good pay Smart people Fun projects Managers want you to be successful.

      Cons

      Lack of work. Hired last year. Had a good amount of billable hours. Until after the summer, work has been slow coming which means hours to bill were low. Requested manager for more work. Once they see there is not enough billable hours, they fire you.
