Pros

The culture here is great. They focus on having a great work environment and they have been successful. They are also very collaborative and give me the sense that my opinion is welcomed and valued. The leadership team is great. It's clear to me that they care about the team The "rank and file" are even better. There are many challenging problems to solve here and we need smart, passionate people to succeed. The breadth of opportunities makes it a really good place for my individual growth.

Cons

Sometimes there may be too many ideas being worked on at the same time.

Pros

The people are awesome! The environment is very friendly and collaborative. We work hard but still have fun. Management allows you to make changes where you see areas for improvement. They are open to new ideas and will help you get things done.

Cons

We are experiencing some growing pains as the company expands. Sometimes processes are unclear since they haven’t been defined before. However, this also gives you the opportunity to create change and make a difference at the company.

Pros

Great company culture! People are always friendly and willing to help out when they can. It's refreshing to have a CEO who takes an interest in his employees. We are not just cogs in a machine feeding a massive ego. Moving into a nice new office doesn't hurt either.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and experiencing some minor growing pains. We are still fairly small and sometimes we need to get creative in dealing with some issues.
