1. people are friendly. not too competitive environment. people usually work for 8 hours a day and leave early on Fridays. there are interesting events that the hr organized.

Cons

the structure and management of the company is kind of arbitrary. the pay is not very well. the system and product are kind of in an old fashion.

Owner/CEO is not trustworthy. Not truthful on the size of company, stability, and number of actually paying clients. A total micromanagement culture. More structure at this small company then at a fortune 500.
