Great diverse culture! Talented team of people. Every employee has a voice. Many team building activities to bring unity and inspire motivation. Company is breaking ground in growth and building systems to help with growth spurt. Great company to work for.

We are going thru growth spurt, which is awesome and can be challenging and exciting all at the same time.

Pros

First off, they have some great products. Secondly, there are great people working here and they seem to be bringing on strong contributors all the time. They are very growth oriented and it is a very enthusiastic place to work. The focus is on results, not micromanagement. It is a fantastic place to come into every morning.

Cons

There are no issues with this company that jump out to me. Maybe the open floor plan of the office makes taking phone calls difficult at times but there are always conference rooms if you need one.

Small team so work can sometimes get a little overwhelming, employees are scattered around the world so communication can sometimes be slightly difficult
