Treat Employees like dogs

Pros

Decent pay/benefits. They will pay to re locate you. Normal amount of vacation and days off. Some off site team building.

Cons

Abusive management. Has no regard for family. No work/life balance. Ever changing schedule. Excessive demands of your time. They expect you to be on call even on scheduled days off. No guidance but will blame you for everything when things don't go right. They'll pay to relocate you here, but if it doesn't work out, you are in the middle of nowhere. Ask them how many managers have left the company in the past 12 months. It will be eye opening. Take a job here and you'll find out why the hard way. It may pay OK, but don't be fooled, it isn't worth it.

A lot of training opportunities for mechanics Starting to move towards new and progressive technologies and business strategies Asks for and takes feedback well

Cons

Upper management is very "old school" and tends to do things the way they were done 20 years ago Many plants are in great need of updated equipment No interplant communication

Upper Mgmt is very supportive. The mgmt team in the plant worked well together.

Cons

Working inside the plant with no light and loud noises can get to you.
