> Misogynistic leadership that perpetuates sexist, toxic behavior > Expectations that you be available at all hours of the day (even though all other global Siltronic locations have set business hours) > Never forget that HR is not there to protect workers and their safety in the workplace, instead they are there to protect the company > Career advancement often involves limited support from leadership and intense and demanding customer work > Female workers are scrutinized more harshly than male workers > A/C is always on
