      Positive and open office culture Few politics, mgmt made it a point to reduce it Automation and staffs ideas are valued.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits are probably just on-par or slightly below.

      If you are driving, it is Free parking, no erp charges, near Ikea and Giant supermarket, in-house canteen with free flow of coffee and tea and yearly dinner & dance. Can knock off on time.

      Cons

      Must be a pet to management then its easier to climb the management ladder. Feedback its not a two-way direction.
