      Overall, the company is well organized and the people are friendly. Cash incentive are given for creative ideas raised Basic compensation package includes medical, dental and eye care Encourages work-life balance

      Management main focus are about the big apple and neglect several other small factors SRC events are regularly held but there are always low participation rate from the operational staff Task are always piling up due to lack of manpower Staff that quit are not replaced

      Pros

      Treats employees as well as can be expected during difficult times. Siltronic gave employees several months notice of an upcoming layoff and has been active in trying to help soon-to-be former employees find jobs.

      Cons

      Siltronic is struggling financially in the smaller diameters. It is closing two plants this year. Closing some of the plants might not help others stay open.
