We believe the greatest teams prioritize rest and recovery, which is why we have a robust time off program including FTO, Wellness Days, Summer R&R, and Year-end R&R. It’s true. We are putting in a lot of time and effort to learn how AI can support our teammates in the work we do. AI is the next technological revolution, and we want to be leaders in ethical usage to help our teammates grow in their careers and help our customers run their mental healthcare practices.
