It can be disappointing when some coworkers receive better treatment or privileges over others.

- Semi-flexible schedule and good work-life balance - Summer R&R and Wellbeing days - Diversity and inclusion

Cons

- Salary not competitive to market - Team managers have no merit to be in their position (with the exception of a couple) - Technological advancement going downhill and the company is losing talent
