      Decent place to work but not competitive in market

      Pros

      Good people to work with Good work life balance Team was always very helpful Supervisors for my team were great Prior to wfh they had lots of snacks and catered food in the office

      Cons

      -Honestly the pandemic was the only reason we were able to work from home. Prior to that my team was stuck in the office Mon-Fri for absolutely no reason at all other than butts in seats. -Salaries are not competitive at all (I remember them mentioning in an All Hands that they were paying us market rates when someone asked….HA!) -No employee stock purchase program (not sure if that’s changed) -Bonus structure was a joke

      Meet some cool people in the job but honestly, thats about it.

      Not competitive. Managers try to trick employees. Not worth it and a headache.
