      Pros

      I've been working with Sinch for about 7 months on the operations team. They provide paid health care for employees, Human Resource Manager seems really connected to the employees and she listens to the employees needs and concerns. There is really good office moral and they have a multicultural atmosphere which is nice, they provide fully stocked kitchen with drinks and snacks, The CEO Oscar is nice and doesn't act like a big wig that doesn't have time for the little people. Everyone sits out in the open so no one feels out of touch even VP's and CEO.

      Cons

      Work from home policy could be a little better with the industry and then across the board as it seems the leadership team works a lot more from home than the other employees. The pay could be a little more competitive. We need more space,we are in conference rooms but we do have a plan for a new office to come, but think it could've happen sooner. More US presence on the global leadership team.

      Pros

      I haven't been here for a while but here is what I've noticed which led me to make this review: *Amazing platform full of products that companies actually want to use (and many big ones do) *Tons of support from leadership - they have a clear vision on where they want to go and lots of experience to get us there *Really fun culture full of fun activities for employee engagement and wellness, including FIKA! (look it up) *Benefits are fantastic Honestly I just feel very encouraged and hopeful for the future here.

      Cons

      *Lots of change management at the moment due to all the acquisitions, and not a ton of brand awareness due to the re-brand but that is temporary IMO

      Great people and teams, collaborative and authentic culture

      Cons

      Workload compared to resource is so high, doing a good job feels impossible. Every day is an impossible task. People are exhausted.
