Intelligent individual contributors that work hard. Innovative product teams.

Cons

Sinch lost its way after multiple acquisitions and never quite got on track. Formerly Mailgun, the arm of the business I work in has struggled under a VP who is entirely unengaged. The compensation is below industry standard. The leads & prospecting yield few customer meetings. It's impossible to consistently hit quota no matter how strong of a seller you are.

Not honest about company’s future plans, not good direction on projects, lots of ambiguity and bad management, terrible leadership instead of helping you they will force you to grow with no clear growth path
