Some really great people around the globe. Just starting to look at improving the employee engagement and knocking down silos. Benefits cut back each year

Cons

Very difficult to move from one area of the company to another. Still has very strong silos and very little opportunity for personal growth. European (Swedish) employees still get high preferences for roles.

Flexible work from home model. Great people on the support side.

Cons

There's a large disconnect from our department to the rest of the sinch platform. We have a diverse work culture because of all the acquisitions that can be a roadblock in many cases.
