      I worked for ACL mobile limited a part of Sinch. Poor management No work life balance They will always keep you loaded with multiple tasks. They will take poor implementation approach for work if it can be done quickly No work culture and ethics within company No work flexibility

      Pros

      First and foremost, Sinch has a great company culture. The company is filled with smart and helpful colleagues and it truly feels like we are doing something important together. Another bonus is the competent and empathetic management team, which is one of the main reasons why Sinch is able to maintain this culture as we grow. Working at Sinch is stimulating, with new challenges arising all the time. You are encouraged to take these challenges on and grow and learn at the same time, all while getting support from your colleagues when you feel you are out of your depth.

      Cons

      There are no clear downsides. It can be stressful at times due to the high M&A rate, but at the same time, that is what makes it so stimulating to work here as well.
