Tech debt to the brim, stay away!

The tech stack is garbage, the so called tech people are not engineers but have created YEARS UPON YEARS of technical debt to ensure their job security. Managers have zero technical competency and can't tell the difference between a stool and a desk. Tech leads are a joke, I've seen junior developers in Fortune companies who are much more competent! Not for anyone who is ambitious or with drive. Bunch of seriously old timers who are willing to stay and collect cheques with a zero improvement mindset. BEWARE. They do however have a good sales team but their technology is garbage and ancient. I know other people who are actively seeking to leave this company as I write this and they all know the true story on how "amazing" Sinch is. Personally I would never hire anyone from Sinch.

Huge difference in work load between different teams. Huge difference in salary packages between initial level and 2nd level employees especially managers. People of all races are not treated equally specially at headquarters. Education level is not important while nepotism is at its peak No clear directions, no training program, managers are all confused and term it fast paced environment veru limited opportunity to develop and grow
