PTO my hours nice people free lunch.

Cons

Very repitious menus, the heat, and cold in the kitchen, pay, uneven work duties between coworkers.

Pros

Bagels on Tuesdays are nice.

Cons

Poor management, unhelpful HR. Can be a hostile workplace at times. Favoritism is open and rampant. Senior management is entirely hands off. Bonuses are promised and not delivered. There are some really great employees here that genuinely want to see the company succeed and grow, but are stifled by proxy management.

Pros

Working with Singh Senior Living has been one of the best decisions that I've ever made. Singh has afforded me to opportunity to not only serve service my residents, but to do so in various roles. For that I am grateful and excited to see what is to come.

Cons

The only con would be the inability to pay out on unused PTO time.
