Used to be much better

Pros

Remote work, coworkers are generally nice

Cons

Since being bought out by private equity raises and bonuses have been quite poor. Seems like new leadership only cares about saving money. It’s pretty obvious leadership only cares about selling the company and not making a good product or treating employees well.

Has been better, could be worse

Pros

Some flexibility in schedule. People are generally nice.

Cons

Inexperienced and toxic leadership at every level, worse since Paul Shain stepped down as CEO. Product doesn't work well so it's hard to sell. Comp is low because the company is not doing well financially. No upward mobility. The PE that owns the company is desperate to sell but can't, and the impact on employees is immense and negative.
