Management sucks. Definitely a "be happy you have a job" attitude. Just laid off 20% of company. Poor benefits.

New CEO of Sintec (former Operative CEO) who is a proven leader, personable, respected, & well known in the industry. The only company that has digital and linear solutions. Really smart and nice people in the New York office. The Operative acquisition has infused some great culture and resources in the company. A lot of flexibility and a global company with the ability to travel to offices around the world and US.

Cons

The management team says they are working on improving insurance benefits and travel policy.

Good only if you are a beginner, good oportunities to travel as there are many customers in different countries. Interesting industry, bit kind of isolated.

Cons

Low standards of proffesionalism, very bad management, no respect for employees, not the best place to advance in your career.
