Team collaboration is excellent. Nice office in Grand Rapids with new furnishings and agile atmosphere. Some office perks, good people, alot of talented staff

Cons

Management relaying info to employees is slow which kills morale. Execs rarely visit the MI office. Insurance benefits are just ok, high deductible then 100% coverage.
