Pros

Some very nice people. My office has two windows. Severance package for the frequently fired employees.

Cons

Company keeps losing customers, which has causes massive layoffs, which upsets customers who leave, followed by more layoffs. Lots of people crying. Smartest people have already left the sinking ship. People who are remaining are searching internet for another job and buying lots of lottery tickets.

No organization, no communication, new CEO is shady. Old CEO did not communicate the best but at least he was loyal to his employees.

Pros

Good work life balance, friendly co-workers, nice vacation days and pto. Nice location in NYC office, flexible working hours, bagel Wednesday and fruits

Cons

Low pay, higher management only cares about money making, no perks or 401k matching, dishonest, recently they are writing fake nice reviews on Glassdoor if you pay attention you will be able to tell.
