• working with big clients face to face • exposure to the whole software development cycle without the need to be a programmer • opportunity to travel abroad for work • flexi time • a good starter job with plenty of opportunities to learn the ropes of the corporate world

Cons

• family & friends controlled company, too much politics • starting salary is OK for a fresh graduate but it's really hard to get a raise later
