Interesting and challenging. Experience working in a global company and cooperating with teams in 3/4 countries. Overall good product and some very talented people.

Cons

Arrogant management. Some managers (and the CEO) don't really care about employees. Many employees are not happy by the management's attitude, which creates and overall negative atmosphere.
