Rapid growth means that some of our processes need to be adapted and scaled, this something that we are continuously working on.
We did place a lot of focus on manager training this year as we wanted to ensure with so many new managers, they have the tools to develop and grow their teams. If there is specific training that you feel you're missing for your role or your development, please discuss with your manager or reach out to me directly.
