If you are willing to learn a lot, get to know the car and rental industry as well as have great opportunities and enjoy the company culture - this is the right place to work. Company is very customer service focused and your own personal mindset should be exactly like that. You will succeed and grow your career if you perform and understand high quality customer service and exceed the operation standards!

I cannot think of any positive aspects. This place is a nightmare.

Cons

This company is a sham. They have a regular practice of charging customers for damage to rental cars that they did not cause. Someone should investigate. Almost all of the positive reviews online are shill reviews that local managers create to offset all of the very real one-star reviews from actual customers. I cannot believe that this place is still in business.
