Good training for new recruits.

Cons

Too much to grasp during the 5 days training. Being at customer service, fast service is very crucial and for a new recruit its tough at the beginning. I had to familiarise myself with Cobra system, the work flow and also all the important stuff when attending customer.

Sometimes they provide lunch on friday's. Professional Environment. Easy To get Hired.

Cons

MINIMUM PAY !! Comission is only $100 If that ! The supervisors are MESSY. They befriend their agents and talk bad about other agents which is not right. Dont Trust No One here, hey come off as cool but THEIR NOT... trust me
