      Great benefits, global network, recognizable name and some good people

      Cons

      dont even try switching careers, there is opportunity for growth but it is VERY difficult and def NOT to another department. management is weak and can't make decisions and they lack a human side

      Pros

      I like coming to work everyday. I enjoy my managers and feel they are great teachers. Everyone knows their trade and are very willing to help and teach.

      Cons

      The company has lost it's small company feel. Everyone is becoming more and more just numbers. I would like to feel like what I do is more appreciated and heard by management.
