      Great on the outside, only good on the inside

      Pros

      Large World wide company, that has many offices throughout the country. Many opportunities to do exciting and engaging work. Large bonding capability so any kind of work is feasible. Friendly atmosphere, most of the employees know each other and are friendly. Executives actually take time to know the people working.

      Cons

      Company hierarchy is hard to move up in, beyond a PM. Bonus program sucks. Jobs that are exciting and engaging are usually bogged down by the office heads. Offices do not work together well. Offices compete against one and other instead of working together to land the large contracts available.

      steady work, world renowned, both large and small scale projects, friendly co-workers, company participates in volunteer projects outside normal work, Skanska provides latest technology and tools to employees,

      lack of advancement, and little feedback from senior mgmt. in order to obtain knowledge of potential opportunities for advancement Senior mgmt. does not explain bonus plans
