      They try....but might not succeed

      Pros

      They try to make it a good atmosphere They're upfront about their policies so you're not going to be surprised

      Cons

      They can make you move A LOT, to follow projects. For settled people it might just be that they fly you back every weekend but you're still not going to be in your own bed for a lot of your career There can be seriously painful amounts of downtime if projects don't line up so the boredom can be nigh unbearable at times Pay is not amazing

      Cons

      The days when Skanska actually cared about your family and the "Skanska family" are long gone. Too many chiefs and too many indians who think they're chiefs and those in the middle who just do nothing.
