Pros

Autonomous, continuous flow of clients. Some nice people.

Cons

Company has lost its soul completely and become corporate. They make a lot of shady management decisions. The pay for nurses is terrible compared to what they require you to bring in for them.

They offer a 401 k to full time employees

Cons

Company uses a common bait and switch to hire new providers. Promises them roles and other incentives to get you to come onboard. They will sell you on a supportive environment with a lot of business. The moment you actually start working there, you realize it’s all a scam. You definitely have to bring in all your own clientele to be busy or make a decent living. They have a shady pay scale and only pay you on your commission. The company name is not well known which leads to your schedule being empty most of the time. The worst part is how unorganized the admin, management and regional managers are. They will retaliate if you are transparent about concerns and they have zero respect for providers. They are constantly on their phone shopping or texting and are annoyed when dealing with customers.
