Pros

Free or Discounted products & treatments

Cons

-Too focused on rapid expansion -Will promise you the world during interview process but once you start does very little to actually help you build your business -Protects top earners at ALL costs even with multiple HR complaints and investigations -Bonus structure almost impossible to hit unless you’ve been at the company for multiple years

Pros

Supportive and friendly colleagues: The team culture clinic-level is collaborative, and everyone is genuinely kind. Luxurious environment: The workspaces are clean, beautifully designed, and high-end—definitely one of the nicer environments to work in the aesthetic space. Lovely clientele: The clients are generally respectful, pleasant, and appreciative of the services, which makes day-to-day interactions enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

You're expected to build your own clientele from the ground up. SkinSpirit does virtually zero marketing to support new or even established injectors. In several years, I had maybe 2–3 true walk-ins. Unrealistic sales goals are set across the board. Despite bringing in thousands in revenue, the compensation doesn’t reflect your effort or production. Commission is impossible to hit and when you do hit it, it's a laughable amount. You’re far better off opening your own practice if you already have a loyal patient base. Inconsistent scheduling — if your numbers dip, even slightly, your hours are reduced drastically. And again, your schedule will be empty and it's up to you to bring in clients. While the hourly pay seems high on paper, it doesn’t mean much when you’re only scheduled 2–3 days per week. They don't fire people here, they push you out with cutting hours. Misleading image: The company puts out a polished, luxurious brand externally, but internally it’s a very different story. Injectors are sold a dream and are lied to for them to sign on. Aestheticians make next to nothing. You're expected to hustle outside of work — including door to door soliciting local businesses essentially begging for patients to meet your goals. Upper management lacks direction and communication. There's a clear disconnect between corporate and the providers on the ground level. What used to feel like a great company has slowly deteriorated. High turnover: Unfortunately, the culture has changed drastically. Many long-term, talented injectors, aestheticians and even managers have left, and it seems like no one is really happy anymore.

Pros

Here is your 5 word minimum.

Cons

Pay is extremely underwhelming, compared to other medical spas. Benefits are terrible, and PTO is laughable. Had to work holidays with no extra pay, and I had to work at another job while working here just to make ends meet in an expensive city. Word got around that someone in upper management was found to be promoting only one injector on a viral social media video, and I heard its the same injector whose family member now works as a receptionist in a clinic in the same city, causing a major conflict of interest. Unless you’re a top provider, you feel like just a number here, and are made to feel uncomfortable and ultimately useless. The culture is fake and competitive, you get no support from your coworkers, they sometimes act like you don’t exist. Glad to have left this position, it took such a hit on my mental health that I had to get started on anxiety and depression medications. Overall catty culture, despite most of the providers being nurse practitioners and physicians assistants. You have to watch your back because someone’s always trying to take your clients from you.
