Low pay for the responsibilities admins are tasked with, extreme hostility from providers when mistakes are made (that can easily be fixed), claims to promote within but prefer to hire outside talent and lead current staff on, management is one big clique and isolates employees, the company is completely lacking in diversity.

Flexible work schedule, values personal time, great pay if you are consistently busy, annual training stipend opportunities, supportive management team and great collaboration amongst coworkers. Great branding & Social media support.

Cons

Corporate chain of command, bonus structure is very injectacble only incentivized, expanding and growing new clinics rapidly, but slow to bring on newer innovative technology to existing clinics.

Supportive in career growth and development. Excellent pay and incentives for continuation in pay. Colleagues are some of the best in the Indus and the company maintains high standard in employing the best as this is what the company wants their outcomes to portray.

Cons

Low on implementing devices into the clinic to stay current with client and industry needs. Not that they won’t be implemented, it’s just a very timely process to see it executed.
