Pros

For engineers and designers wanting to work on one of the most complex and fastest evolving products in the world, this is an outstanding place to work. The challenges we are tackling are immense. If you understand why that last sentence is in the "Pros" category, then you should consider joining. The engineers are some of the smartest, most humble and easy to work with in The Valley.

Cons

This is a fast-moving space and you have to be OK with change as the technology and the industry evolves week-by-week.

A shame - lack of focus, incompetent top management

Pros

A great industry to work in, cutting edge. Lots of innovation happening even amidst competition so its challenging and interesting work. Some world renowned clients. Mostly, talented, motivated and good hearted teammates.

Cons

Cons outweighed pro. Cons - lack of focus and bad strategy by very top management. Very top management cannot make cohesive decisions. What everyone is told to do, is do everything, now, which is unproductive and hurtful when people are driven so hard to do so. The message from very top management is always cosmetic, no substance, a lot of cheap self help rhetoric like "work hard", "be a problem solver", "this may not be for everyone". Sad to hear that nothing has changed, and having worked there, I know it wont change.... Recent wave of positive reviews is confusing but probably directed from management... Show vs substance pushed too far is deceitful.
