People keep leaving -- Easy come, easy go
Pros
If you like a fast changing environment this is for you. Roles are always clearing up. For instance if you want to try a new role that you may or may not be qualified for. You can wait for a few months and it's likely the post will clear and you can try your hand. Some people actually enjoy working in such an environment. This may not be appealing if you're an experienced professional. This is essentially why skycatch is great company if you're fresh out of school or if you don't hold any credentials at all. They will give you a chance even you may not be knowledgeable on a new position as long as you are a current employee that got their foot in the door.
Cons
People keep coming and leaving really quickly. Skycatch has had 2 CTOs depart within a couple of years. Marketing VPs, managers and senior team members keep leaving. Most people that leave do so in a very bad, scorch the bridges kind of way. It's a very strange company and most people realize very quickly that's it's not a place where they should try to build their career. The decisions management makes aren't very smart business wise. There isn't a single product that will "make" the company.
