Pros

A unique blend of software, hardware and client service that is hard to find anywhere else in the UAV space. Management sets ambitious goals and then provides leeway to meet goals, generally supportive. Full timers get health care, which is also unique among startup in the Bay Area. Tons of opportunity for interaction with end users.

Cons

As this is a startup, people need to be prepared for long hours and travel. Also, some people want to get involved in this space because they love drone photography, but people should be aware that Skycatch is about producing realtime maps, and focused on certain industries, like mining, construction, ag, and energy. Folks applying should really love the data side of drones, and not just building drones as a hobbyist.
