Pros

Lot's of really personable and smart people work here, and the product is, in theory, interesting, although it's not nearly as polished as it should be at this point after so much development.

Cons

- The CEO is really good at raising money and 'pitching' the startup, but otherwise doesn't appear sufficiently qualified for a company of this kind, He's a great salesman, but often over-sells to the point where it borders on deception. - The company is over-reliant on only one customer and has difficulty expanding beyond due to an under-developed and over-complicated product. - COVID is likely to decimate any existent culture, which was already not strong before COVID. While everyone is really nice, there's hardly any feeling of Company cohesion.

Hey, CEO here Thanks for your review and the feedback. I appreciate you saying I’m really good at 'pitching' the startup, but I don’t think of it as ‘pitching’. I’m passionate about the vision and what we are accomplishing (and have accomplished) as a company. I've never sold something that we didn't plan to build or that we didn't have already, but I do appreciate your observation. Over the years we've managed to diversify away from that one customer that you reference. But, you are right. Initially, we had one customer that was very influential, and we’re working on diversifying. Surviving in this industry hasn't been easy for many, including us, but we’re working on and seeing success with sustainable growth to remain competitive. I'll be the first to admit that we’re not perfect. We’re working through learning and growing, just as any startup is. But, I am extremely proud of our team, our product, our technology, and all of our customers. They are the reason we continue to fight and move forward in a positive direction. It’s unfortunate that you didn't see the value of the product and what makes us unique in the market. We've primarily focused on developing products for accuracy and speed in ways that bring real value to our target markets. That's an area no one can beat us on. You might have wanted to see us go in a different direction, but we believe these are our products’ strengths. The impact COVID made this year hit us hard. I believe we are able to remain optimistic thanks to the grit, commitment, and camaraderie of our team. I remain very optimistic about the company and the market. I love leading the team today, but I’m also not afraid to step aside when the time comes. That’s part of the game. Thank you again for taking the time to write this review. Although it was a bit negative, I do appreciate any kind of feedback, that’s how we learn and improve. Chris

Pros

- Small (and very talented) team, your opinion matters and makes the difference. - No comfort zone at all, always going to the next challenge, you work on innovating the construction market with a product no one has which means, challenges that no one has solved. - Grow fast, your work is recognized - Relaxed environment at the office

Cons

- Fast-paced development which has it's pros/cons, you know what that means, is an startup and you need to be ahead of the game. - Still figuring it out the process of development which adapts best for the product/team. - Lack of HR which makes recruitment hard - Benefits could be better
