Pros

Great company culture at one of the best workplaces in San Francisco. Hard working but very laid back group of co-workers. Everyone gets along from the CXO team to the office manager; this includes remote team members as well. Tremendous market opportunity with a CEO who cares about his Partners, Customers and most importantly, Employees. Perfect Work-Life Balance which is difficult to find at most start-ups in San Francisco.

Pros

There is nothing good about working at Skycatch.

Cons

This place is a joke. The CEO is the worst executive you’ll have the misfortune of working with. Amateur environment in every aspect. Bunker mentality doesn’t begin to describe the weirdness that goes on here. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

CEO here. Thanks for your honesty. I am sorry we couldn't work things out during your time at Skycatch. I had to look up “bunker mentality” and I have to say, I definitely don’t agree with your assessment of the team. That said, we will continue to try harder. That’s just who we are. I wish you had shared some of those issues with me and the team directly when you had a chance or inside your post. I want to wish you success and hopefully what didn’t work at Skycatch will turn into success and opportunity at your next endeavor. Thanks,
