Pros

Very interesting product offerings. Strong partnership with world-class companies. Lots of paying customers. Equity.

Cons

The typical of startups, things can get pretty hectic at some points. If you are really interesting in doing only one thing you probably won't as you'll be asked to tackle many different things.

Pros

- just like all other startups, skycatch went through a phase of finding its market - it has done that and then some!!!! - they have attracted some incredible engineering talent from around the world - management has started listening and has a clear vision regarding execution - the product line is disruptive to the verticals they are addressing - A class work environment - friendly place to work

Cons

- Management can do a better job communicating the vision. The employees see it, but would be good to get face time
