      A company that may ruin your life. Be cautious.

      Pros

      -Fast product development speed -Aggressive marketing approach -You could have some limited stock options (with very little or almost no annual bonus at all no matter how greatly you work)

      Cons

      -Probably the worst work-to-life balance in the industry -Heavy work load that could destroy your family/personal life -Very low salary pay compared with other companies -Poor engineering environment with a few dictators who know nothing but micro-managing everything -No respect of designers' Intellectual Property (IP) and take every engineer's contribution for granted.

      Honestly its a really sad culture

      Pros

      - Pay - Nice people - Professional working in the industry for years.

      Cons

      - The overall culture is sad, many were let go and you feel that sadness through the company. - The leadership in the office reminds me of schoolgirls with their gossip. -Everyone is very worried about themselves, its not home to innovation. -The employees are on the older side so the majority of them are ready to retire. ----- Employee appreciation was a BBQ in the parking lot. They take every chance to cut costs. - Also as an intern, I wouldn't recommend going. There is no program for interns, it sad labor without the opportunity to learn.

      Pros

      Some of the work can be interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      The job can get very demanding at times. Your job gets very specialized so broader learning opportunities are limited. Starting pay is okay, but raises don't keep up with inflation. Eventually, new hires with less experience will start with a higher salary than you. Recommend looking into other companies.
