Business Outlook
Pros
The company has established itself as a premier player in its industry. Its departments became much closer and worked more fluidly as my time there went on. Upgraded accounting software and improved processes improved client retention and created a more positive working atmosphere.
Cons
Early on, I felt the company was fairly disorganized and lacked a clear purpose. Expansion into enterprise took away from B2C operations for a while (though the issues resolved as the focus on that transition spread from management down through the ranks). Financial issues resulted in unexpected layoffs during my time there, but ultimately, the condensed staff was probably necessary to fulfill the need to identify core progression goals.
