Kind of company, dead end job.

Pros

The job is what it is. Customer service. You can't expect much of it, but you can figure out how to make it bearable. The top manager (manager of managers type of thing) was an alright lady. The other manager from Syria was a really awesome guy who always did his best to make your working experience the best possible. You can work from home if you work late shifts.

Cons

The job is incredibly dull. You gotta deal mostly with American customers who expect customer service representatives to bend over backwards for them. I would have quit right away if I would have had to answer the phone. Fortunately I was only doing chats. One of the managers was a crap sandwich specialist. It was almost never a pleasant experience talking with him.

Pros

My time at Smartfrog&Canary has been great. We have some great colleagues and fun times. I love the fact there is a balance between working from home and coming into the office.

Cons

I do not feel there are nay down sides to working here. The management team is very encouraging and wanting us all to succeed and grow. My Team Lead is great!
