      Usual tech perks - WFH, health care, learning & dev budget etc

      Cons

      Nov and CS are still waiting for clarification on our compensation Leadership leave and no backfills Less than CPI salary increase while sales are over compensated. If you don't need to hit target in sales, you're paid too much. Product is broken, constant issues and the product team won't address it or engage with customers
