Pros

Good co-workers, good location in Bellevue, WA

Cons

You have the top sales management that doesn't know the first thing about how to sell to a customer or any company. How they were able to get in these positions is a good questions to ask. Things change on a daily basis, they come up with a new idea that has already been tried before with no results.

Pros

Good Product, Some happy customers

Cons

Firing Culture without warning or chance, in the strategic sales organization. Be very careful joining this company, folks get fired at random with no clear warning.

Thanks for reaching out, and expressing support for our product. Since you’re a current employee, I’ll assume that your comment about the “firing culture” is a reaction to the departure of a team member. If someone is let go (which is the exception, not the norm) you can rest assured that there are many discussions and actions taking place behind-the-scenes in order to help that individual succeed. While it may seem sudden, that is rarely, if ever, the case. I’d welcome a conversation offline to discuss further. - Mike Andrews, SVP, Global Strategic Accounts

Pros

The product is pretty useful I had a lot of friends who have left or are looking

Cons

During quarantine working in operations has just become an opportunity to get bullied by management and sales. The processes we use to get our job done are constantly changing for no reason (to the point where even the managers who drive these changes don't know what the hell is going on) and are supported by broken tools. My job is just chaos and a million workarounds at this point. And working with a lot of people who are mad all the time. We get no support or resources from the company besides shout outs in emails (who cares) and the pay is pretty bad. Don't do it, even if you're desperate.
