Cons

Being a part of the New Account Specialist team with lack good leaders and poor direction from the unfit leader of the division of sales can be challenging for most AE’s. Quota is completely random and difficult to keep up.

If you position yourself right and play the game and make the right moves you can make a lot of money at Smartsheet and enjoy some outstanding benefits. However, making all this last is the hard part.

Cons

Sales Development Rep Management department is by far the worst I have ever seen. The managers enjoy starting drama, spreading rumors, and micro managing to the most extreme degrees. When/if you go to HR you will not be heard or helped at all. Instead, they will find a way to fire you. I have been treated with nothing but the utmost disrespect despite being a top performer.
