The sales development representative (SDR) position provides an early-career entry point to commercial sales. Success involves consistently hitting several metrics, and our intention is for SDRs to have frequent coaching sessions with their direct manager. With strong performance, there is the opportunity for advancement. We have seen more promotions on this team than departures. In fact, our attrition on this team is less than our overall company trend, which is already below industry averages. Regarding retaliation -- your first thought was correct -- we do not tolerate it.
