Smartsheet has a wonderful onboarding process for new employees. I feel they did a great job communicating most company changes that were taking place. They put high importance on employees furthering their knowledge of the Smartsheet products as well as education. I was part of a team that truly supported each other and worked well together. Smartsheet offers great benefits, a fantastic and flexible PTO system, and having a remote position was the cherry on top!

Cons

Honestly, the only con I can think of is all of the layoffs at the end of 2025 and how leadership communicated it to the impacted employees.
