-This software is primarily end user driven which can make strategic conversations challenging when directors/c-suite are not interested. Great place to come into from outside. Working your way up internally is met with more bureaucracy than you will care for, even if you achieve your goals on this team.

The company and region are doing well, but on an individual level most people are missing targets - Not very mature in terms of sales approach: playbooks, proven practices etc. You won't improve here, if anything you'll get worse as most business is transactional still even if leadership wants to move to a more strategic way of working. baby steps. - most middle managers don't seem to add much value - A lot of your success will depend on the territory you are given. All targets are the same while markets are not. Don't expect a level playing field.
