Pros

I really have enjoyed my coworkers and many cross functional partners over the past few years. They have also replaced upper management with a lot of really great talent who seem to sincerely want to help grow/build the business.

Cons

Non-existent budgets, layoffs, entire teams getting replaced with offshore resources, senior leadership out of touch with what is happening on the ground, and lack of access to tools needed to do our jobs.
